Pond Release notes v2.29.0
- Bug Fixes
Channel Overview: Bounce rate comparison color coding
We’ve adjusted the color coding on the comparison for bounce rate to reflect that an increased bounce rate is negative:
Customer Overview: Date picker bug
- Fixed an issue on the customer overview if you select new/returning then apply the comparison as previous year, it goes to the previous period until you reload the page.
Forecasting: Bug going from negative forecast to positive adjustment
- Fixed an issue where increasing revenue from negative to positive off of the initial forecast run causes an error that does not increase sessions appropriately for the forecast on step 3.
Reporting Ribbits: Bar charts missing data
- Fixed an issue where daily and weekly reporting ribbits were not population the visualization
NPS Alerts: Add email address back in to email alert
- Fixed an issue where the email address was missing from the NPS alerting emails
Customer Overview: Improved load speed
- Some issues in large queries were causing this page to periodically time out if a large date range was selected. We’ve improved the load times and enhanced some queries to address this.
- Enhancements
Forecasting: Added fields to overview page
- We added a number of fields to the forecast overview page, including a field that allows the user to add a name/label to each forecast. The fields added are Created At (date), Created By (user name), Created By (user email), and Last Modified (date)
Product Overview: Filter enhancements
We updated the filters on the Product Overview page to allow users to filter off of a “contains” match. This was added to the “product,” the “color” and the “category” filters. For example, product contains “shirt”:
Product Journey: Released in Beta
The Product Journey, found by navigating to Product Catalog > Journey, is not available to all clients in Beta. This screen shows the path of products purchased by repeat customers. One-time purchasers are not included in this data set, and re-orders/exchanges where the order was placed directly on the website are also included in this data set.
Annotations: Update sorting
We’ve updated the annotations to be able to sort chronologically (the default) or by month/day if the current period and comparison period individually exist in the same year. The annotations in the comparison period are displayed with a slight indent for easier recognition:
